Our Boat Trips

Wildlife Watch - Duration approx 2 hours

An exhilarating boat trip to view the best of what the Moray Firth has to offer. After a short introduction, board our high speed RIB heading out into the Inner Moray Firth where we hope to encounter the resident colony of Bottlenose Dolphins. Also look out for Harbour Porpoise, Common and Grey Seals and the occasional Minke Whale. Cruising around the base of the spectacular cliff coastline, you'll be able to view up close the bird colony set amongst the imposing war fortifications before we head further out to sea.

An informative commentary is given throughout with refreshments provided.

Family Tickets available

Departing Cromarty Harbour up to three times daily, weather permitting-please contact us directly for sailing times on a particular day
Wet weather gear, lifejackets, goggles and headbands are provided for your comfort
If conditions allow, we will use a hydrophone to listen to a variety of underwater sounds
Due to limited space, booking is highly recommended
Each child under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Children between the ages of 5 and 8 years will be taken subject to weather conditions.

Gift Vouchers

We have Gift Vouchers available for Wildlife Watch trips or for Private Charters, both of which make an ideal gift for that special occasion. Vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue. Please contact us directly for further information.

Skippered Charters

Due to the flexibility of our boat and our extensive knowledge of the waters around Cromarty, we have the ability to tailor trips to meet your needs. If you are looking for something that little bit different or want to celebrate a special occasion we will design a trip to suit your requirements.

Commercial Charters

EcoVentures is available for commercial work.

The boat is licensed to 20 miles offshore, day or night, with a Workboat Endorsement. The seats are all fully removable allowing complete flexibility in the type of work that we can undertake.
